Mike we were practically the only ones there. Longest wait was for South Peak Quad which took all of 5 minutes if that.

Wow that's awesome. Even though it was a Monday, would still have expected more of a crowd.

And the new Red Tail Lodge was great at Vernon base. They really are making Mountain Creek resemble an actual resort now.

That pic above of 21F was recorded on Rt 515 near Stockholm, NJ. Temperatures were varying greatly on our drive home. 27 at Vernon down to 21 in Stockholm then we were up to 41 in the Bronx and down to 35 by the time we got back to my house. We also bottomed out in the 20's here. I think Vernon dropped to 17. Radiational cooling was intense up there because winds were non existent with crystal clear skies and a decent snowpack.

John have you visited the Crystal Springs and Mineral Springs parts of that resort? All under the same ownership now.

I have not, but a bunch of us have 2 more trips left on our Triple Play Passes so I think we are going to get a room for a night and make a whole weekend out of it, possibly towards the end of January if this cold pattern actually sets in.
