I heard a guy in Florida call anything less than a Cat 3 an everyday storm with a fancy name. To WB's point, they are prepared for this and designed for this, nature and structurally.

I think your correct, in that they are better prepared because they get more and stronger hurricanes. The guy who said that about less than a Cat 3 is an everyday storm, made a foolish statement.
