Wilmer Flores hits a game winning homerun in the bottom of the 9th

Syndergaard got the no decision but he was great. No earned runs and 11ks.

12-2 on the season

How about those Mets? Yes it’s early in the season but you have to admit they have caught people off guard. Also, love the way they play humble baseball under Mickey Callaway. They don’t boast after wins they stay humble and keep it pushing.

How big is a start like this? If they played exactly .500 ball the rest of the season, they would finish with 86 wins. So they only have to play slightly above .500 to be a 90-win team at the end.

Mets win 11-5. Great bullpen effort tonight. The 9 run 8th inning was very big.

Mets go on a 10 game roadtrip after the game.

Let's go Mets

13-4 record

Very big win. Getting swept would have really put a damper on the great start to the season.

Very big win last night. Was at the game sat right behind home plate I was the guy with the Mets jacket on doing the strikeout calls. My buddy had gotten tickets but I didnít think they would be that close. Awesome game though Tj be at. 10 game road trip ahead Atlanta for four St. Louis for 3 and then off to San Diego for three. Wanted to do San Diego to see the Mets but probably not going to happen this year. Petco is on my list of ball parks

Petco is nice. Itís in a great spot and SD is a cool city. Iíve been to all the stadiums. I finished about a year and a half ago although I went back to ATL last year when that opened.

Harvey is atrocious I can pitch a better game. Itís sad this guy had a world of talent but injuries and his ego are crediting to his downfall. Hopefully we can salvage him in a bullpen roll. I think with callaway here now heís the new sheriff in town and isnít going to take Mattís crap. Will see what happens

They've tossed back the great start they had. They could be under .500 by mid-month.

Mets in a free-fall now as reality sets in. Lost 11-0 today after losing 7-0 yesterday.

Mets have been doing horrible lately smh. Meanwhile I just realized there isn’t a 2018 Yankee thread and they’ve won 14 out of the past 15 games. Lol. I dislike the Yankees and now especially that the Mets have came crashing down since that 13-2 start to the season I’ve found myself pushing baseball away from my TV screen these days.

First two months are a tale of a different season so far. I ageee another pitcher or solid hitter will help the line up in some way but the guys already here need to pitch and hit better than what they are doing right now.
