I used to wish for a rain-free summer but down here you actually have to water things lol. The lawn and plants stand no chance if they aren't watered.

Same here. Lawns seemed to go from green to brown overnight, after a fairly wet spring (at least in my backyard). Nice thunderstorm rumbling through right now, and wet week in the forecast. Should be enough to switch the lawns back to green again. At least for a while.

They look like they held strong and slowed down even at the coast.

Storm moving up coast for weekend though. Showers through a good part of next week. We will see how it plays out. Seems to be quite a bit of moisture coming up coast.

Looks like an awful pattern to close out the month sets in by the 2nd half of the weekend. Plenty of rain and disgustingly humid throughout.
