Mt. Holly going with 2-3” and 4” higher elevations across NW NJ and Poconos. Less to S&E areas.

4pm NWS update for me doesn't mention an inch amount. Just says snow likely, moderate snow accumulation. Currently 25°

2012-2013 total snow: 67.0"
2013- 2014 total snow: 67.0"
2014-2015 total snow: 71.1"
2015-2016 total snow: 31"
2016-2017 total snow 61"
2017-2018 total snow: 84"
2018-2019 snow to date: 23.0"
Lowest temp this season: -7.6° 1/31/19

I would go with a coating to an inch or two for the area for Thursday night and Friday morning based upon model consensus.

Models continue to be relatively subdued with tonight’s event. Looks like a coating to 1-2” for most.

Agreed, radar looks anemic unless the batch of precip in west va and west pa swings up this way and has something to add

Not for nothing but I was at the supermarket earlier and the lines were ridiculously long. Many people were saying there was a big storm coming tonight lol. Part of me wanted to tell them tonight was going to be no more than inch but kindly minded my business lol. Media driven hype. I laugh to myself because these same people will come back on Saturday morning to buy the rest of the milk eggs and bread.
