I live here in North Bronx, upton says 3 to 5 before change over...i dont believe it 2 to 4 sounds right..

That's about all he's good at, his long range has crashed and is still burning like the rest of them. I called him out on their Facebook page and was banned for doing so.

It was snowing here at 1:30 am. Past radar shows that we got light snowfall between midnight and 2 am.
We got 0.3 inches.
