Maybe if I start this it will bring everyone better luck lol.

What is up with this board? I know the weather is not cooperating but there are other topics on this board that we can talk about and it’s been days since anybody has posted anything. this board used to be really good, we’ve lost a lot of the original members especially those who used to be on the Bill Evans board.. what is up??

Was actually thinking the same about the same thing today. What I loved about this board is all the different people that gave their opinions. 👍😢 where is everyone 🙁

It looks like at least the beginning of next week we are back to mild temperatures. All the cold air seems to be locked up in the far north. Alaska has had a brutally cold month and Greenland set their all time record low. Need the polar vortex to weaken and have some of the cold split off and move south. At least there may be a pause in the ice melting in the Arctic area.

I think many are still here but behind the shadows meaning lurking more than posting..I for one still like this board but collectively we all must work together to make it more active ..

Yes and on some other weather groups if you donít get more into explaining your reason behind a simple answer you get put in the corner so to speak and not allowed to post lol. I mean come on I understand to a certain extent but letís get real here to we need to get this intense lol about the weather???As long as your respectful you should be allowed. It gets ridiculous. Others just post map after map after map without anything else and thatís ok...
I still always come back hear for a laugh and real weather. Also you all are almost always right !!!!! 👍😂

This weekend's storm isnt going to happen. Pattern doesnt support it.

This has been a crappy pattern for the whole northeast besides Caribou.

Even next week's storm doesn't look good already. I've never seen cold air so transient as this winter.

Kind of same story every year that makes people raise a fuss. Started my car today, in direct sun, thermometer read 64*. Sun is starting to get at a higher angle and evenings can definitely notice a little more light (of course dosent have much effect on snow accumulation yet at this time)

I think social media especially FB has taken over. Forums are dying in a lot of hobbies. FB is so much easier to use and post. Forums are difficult to navigate on cell phones.

I have pretty much given up on this board and the horrible winter doesnít help. American Forum is still very active and thatís where I have been lurking. This forum also is not compatible with TapaTalk or at least I donít think it is.

This forum picks up when there is snow to track just like every other forum.

It’s looking like the first third of February is a wash and from what I’m hearing most meteorologists are backtracking on the remainder of February as well get that fork ready because it’s looking like it’s done
