Did not see a topic for August Weather posted so I am starting one. Tough forecast for Sunday with Euro/Ukmet mainly dry with GFS and the NAM in particular wetter. I would lean towards splitting the difference with I78 being the cutoff. The GGEM could be a good compromise.

Bethlehem, PA is 80 miles west of NYC

Some of the typically colder spots NW NJ will be in 40ís tonight. Common to see first 40ís in Aug. Walpack currently 52.
Iím already down to 59.

Iím down in lower Passaic County but you can tell that there is a fall feel in the air already. Rapidly losing daylight in the evening now also.

We've actually hit the 60s at night here in the last few days. That's pretty nice for here haha. We've also had some very heavy storms late in the day. Over 4" in the last 5 days.

Big-time bust for yesterday's forecast. A lot of rain way upstate with front passage, some to the south with Laura remnants. But in the immediate tri-state area....hardly anything.
