Its an outlier. It shows the storm getting squashed.

Agree. All other models, bar none, show significantly higher totals. At this point I would put my money on the Euro, which has been remarkably consistent for days on this event. Incidentally, some of the really high numbers shown on several models for parts of NJ, if they were to verify, would break multiple all time state snowfall records.

It must be nice being in Florida right about now! You don't have to worry about how much snow you have to remove and if you are retired it only gets better from there.

Iím not complaining. I will admit that I do miss watching the snow fall. Itís the aftermath I hated.

Itís all relative....yesterday I mowed the lawn, trimmed the landscaping and pulled weeds. I wasnít thinking of year round upkeep!

So jealous. I would give anything to live in a warmer climate. Like you, I love tracking the storm and watching it snow. Then I wish it would just disappear.

Same here. Miss the big ones but this weekend was typical for us here - took a walk along the beach, went swimming, played plenty of tennis.

NYC restaurants really sweating this one out. Restaurants can have only outdoor dining for the next two weeks (just in time for the holidays). Many spent tens of thousands of dollars erecting covered outdoor seating areas. If that wasn't bad enough, by mandate they must remove those structures if the city gets a foot or more of snow. Talk about another nail in the coffin.

They donít want small business to survive. These absurd regulations prove it. Iím sorry; donít tell us you want them to make it when you make it as difficult as possible for them to do so. Ok, rant over.
