Sure doesn’t see that way. I moved here in spring 2017 and I believe my expectations were too high. This is my 4th winter and so far I’m not impressed.

2016-2017 I had 62 inches and 2017 -2018 was 64 inches. Then last 2 years were below average. Look blow at my stats.

I agree this board has become very negative and depressing. That being said winter is not good so far for snow. Next week's event is something to watch but doesn't look strong and stays south for now. So you are left with about 4-6 weeks of hope. Most of the country has not done well with snow this winter anyway.

The negative NAO is really killing our chances . Just give me a positive PNA and negative epo instead of a negative NAO.

Looks like a little wintry weather for the morning. Maybe a whitening of the ground.

What a boring winter for alot of people in the northeast especially near the coast.  The NAO and AO have been negative for a while and nothing to show for it. The favorable pattern for this month has turned into a joke.

Give me a - EPO and - AO pattern anyday  over a - AO and - NAO pattern.

This board has always been quite unless there is a winter storm. The past two winters do not support activity and there dont even seem to be fantasy storms to talk about.

Yeh you're right. I guess I just like to follow the weather no matter the season. Even if the storms are happening elsewhere.

The Great JB has been barking for a few days now. I guess the Euro has been looking good. I do not see anything even close on the GFS.
