Models are signaling a snow event for many areas but the placement is still not determined just yet. It will all depends where the primary tracks.

Its been a while since I visited.. this board is so dead compared to 5 years ago. Where did all the people go, is it because of fewer snow chances?

Hope everyone is safe!

well they don’t post winter storm watches this early so it must be someone on Facebook looking for attention. But yes chances are legit especially in PA or near the border.

I'm starting to take more interest in a potential later in the week storm. This storm early in the week looks to be rather disorganized as it moves east and not be to much for our area.

Two systems of interest this week. The first one for Tuesday is the weaker one. Primary impacts are most likely to be south and west of the city with light snow or mixed precip. The second stronger one if it happens will be for Thursday. Considerable disagreement on the models on potential impacts from this one. The GFS is stronger and closer to the region while the others are further to the south and west. The areas in the region that have the best odds of seeing accumulating snow will be west of the Delaware River and south of I78. Not saying that the metro area can not get snow fall just that places to the south and west have the better chances.

i think it may be too warm for storm #2 in the MA. May start and end as snow. Same deal with storm #1 even though you can barely even use the word storm. The 850 line is right over north jersey. Basically another bring on spring week.
