Too early for this heat IMO.

Happens every year it seems. We go from 50s to 80s.

Isnít it rare for FL to get that hot given the humidity?
My neighbor just got back from West Palm visiting his parents a couple weeks ago and West Palm hit 95F and broke records.

Humidity really doesnít kick in until July or so. I remember last year having 90s in Apr, so it doesnít seem out of the ordinary. Around the coasts the breeze is pretty constant so itís not bad.

Plus the high is going to be parked right over the SE. I don't think it's really a bermuda high so it's drier. I don't think we've hit 90 here yet but it's coming by the weekend.

Another nice day here today with a high of 75. To me, this has been a nice spring. Many days in the 60s and 70s and nights in the 40s.

Same here. Thick and green. Put down weed and feed in April for the dandelions and clovers. Killed about 75% of them. Grass took the feed instantly and been healthy since. Not a big fan of synthetics, this was first time in years I uses it, but was needed

Yeah quite the difference between inland burbs and areas near the coast.
At one point this evening I was 82F and it was only 67 at JFK.

Torch out there. The drought monitor is already showing some yellow for this area as of Thursday. Expect that to grow when it releases again later this week.

Sub tropical Ana. Can they stop naming these. These sub tropical storms are weak, and do nothing but inflate season numbers making people panic about global warming

Agree. If they are going to make comparisons to the past they should use an asterisk. Last year they actually named a subtropical storm off the coast of Portugal.
