I think the Eagles look good and will finish with 12 wins this season. :aww:

My prediction
Giants 12-4 (Win NFC East)
Eagles 12-4
Cowboys 10-6
Redskins 8-8

Arizona wins NFC West (one of the worst divisions ever)
San Diego wins AFC West (in a land slide)
Green Bay wins NFC North (Don't think Favre will have a productive year)
Pittsburgh wins AFC North (too strong for the rest of the division)
Indianapolis wins AFC South (Peyton Manning is the best QB in the league IMO)
New Orleans wins NFC South (Defense looks much better than last season)
New England wins AFC East (If Brady stays healthy)

Last year, Orange predicted the Eagles to have a solid year and most were skeptical...including myself. I think they have a very solid team this year, especially with the addition of Michael Vick. BUT...the loss of Brian Dawkins is huge and the loss of Jim Johnson is immeasurable. Plus they still don't have a real "go to" receiver. But then again, neither do the Giants...and if Roy Williams is hurt...neither do the Cowboys. In a very even division, and as much of a Cowboys fan as I am, I like the Giants to win the NFC east with the Eagles or Cowboys taking the wild card.

I really have not paid much attention outside the NFC East yet, but inside the East it looks to me like a very unpredictable season.

- I don't like the loss of Spagnuolo and Johnson and the impact it may have on the Giants and Eagles Defense.
- I don't like the fact that McNabb is already grousing about Vick
- I don't like Jason Campbell, even in a contract year
- I don't like the Boys without a wide receiver
- I don't like the Giants without a wide receiver.

I would venture that with all the ups and downs these guys will have this season that they will all pretty much be 1-1 against each other. So they start with 3 losses each.

Fortunately, the Gmen's schedule includes Oakland, KC, Denver, Minn and TB. Unfortunately, they also get SD, Car and Atl. Dal and Phi are pretty similar. The Skins also get Det and Stl, so their schedule looks a bit weaker.

Here is what I do like. Giants have soft start to schedule with TB, KC and Oak in first 5 games. They also have Was and Dal, so they should be at least 4-1 at that point. That fast start gives them time to figure out the passing game and is the only reason I pick them to win the div. I think the Eagles will close strong with Vick.

Giants 11-5
Eagles 10-6
Skins 10-6
Boys 8-8

Giants 11-5

Vick is coming back in week 3, rather than 6. I think that give the Eagles at least one more win.

Revised prediction

Giants 11-5
Eagles 11-5
Skins 9-7
Boys 8-8
