Lab, I'm shocked you have rain. Snowing moderately here now and temp is 37.5.

Vic, we had a high of 40.6 earlier. Now down to 36.2 with light snow. Radar shows rain but I guess my elevation at 1100' is the difference for now.

I hit a high of 42.9 now down to 36.3 and its still a mix- more rain than snow. It must be your elevation.
