Light freezing rain and rain sunday - sunday night and monday winter mix...

This is a no snow event for most folks - we can talk all we want but as I said last time there is no way we get a big snow storm and all these mets are wrong... It will be a mess monday and icy and all the rest but it will not be the nice 6 inch or even three inch snowstorm most of us are looking for...
