Mount Holly admits in their update that they have a high confidence of a winter storm event but low confidence on the specifics. Their latest thinking is a 2" to 4" snow from Philly up the I-95 and NJ Tpke corridor followed by significant freezing rain (they are leaning more to freezing rain than sleet). Further northwest away from the coast, mostly snow but uncertanty exists on amounts due to questions about how much precip will fall. They will go with a wide range of 3" to 7" of snow and sleet for those areas.

Thanks for the nice words but I'm as uncertain as most about this event. I've been leaning to much more of a mix than snow scenario but the tide seems to be going against me (at least with JB, DT, and even Mount Holly to an extent). Stormchaser I think also sees more snow than me and he's the best on here. Either way, even those that favor a change to mix believe a quick thumping of snow is likely before a change but specifics are hard to come by right now. Another close call.
