Well i guess i was totaly wrong in saying that the nws would not issue wsw for the city east.  Now i really hope that my entire post from earlier today goes down in flames and we actually do get 4-7 inches.  Im not ready to to bealive that we will get those totals but it would really be nice to atleast get that considering the way this winter has gone and considering the storm later in the week looks to be rain atleast at this point.
