I thought so but maybe not. Upton's quick disco from tonight mentioned looking at the 0z nam and keeping current watches and statements the same. Myabe it will change overnight but you gotta believe this will be a Warning by 12:00 pm Tom.

Sussex was upgraded to a warning.  They are saying 6 inches.  That means we will get  nothing or 2 feet :)
