Kinda strange channel 7 just alittle while ago says 3+ for my area well that does not even come close to a winter storm warning which we are under does it.Seems like they are being very careful with there totals.I remember when enen Bill was saying all rain just a few days ago.Well i do hope its more than 3 or 4"

Yes I just posted a comment on that to him on abc. He's coming in at less than half the NWS forecast for NY Metro. I'm curious if he'll respond.

Bill responded that he thinks the snow ratios will be less than 10:1 and he's not completely buying the heavier NAM precip quantity. At least he takes a stand and supports it. Bill's forecasting track record is very good so I'd rather he be in the higher camp than the lower. We'll see.

robbbs he kind of explained in another thread that he doesn't think we will get the 10-1 ratios thhat the nws are using in thier forcast
