Pretty much on track. Puts out 0.75" to 1.00" liquid precip for all of north Jersey; over an inch for parts of LI and central NJ. Looks like it's a more reasonable precip spread as it's increased amounts a little further north and lowered the excessive precip totals for south NJ. The 850 and 540 lines are south of northern NJ, NY Metro, and western half of LI. I think this will be looked at as a confirmation run as the event is now within 12 hours and no major changes on the run. Looking good to go!

Snowfreak188, you're ok on your map but you only go out 24 hours. Precip totals will nudge slightly higher for the entire event history which goes beyond.

Summer, looks like north of route 78 is a good line for below freezing at the surface for the entire or nearly the entire event duration. Other spots south of there may go above freezing but not for long, then back below.

thx storm. never had a clue i was in the 8 range. always thought 6. also this clears up what robbs was talking about before. it is a 24 hour period so i would think noaa should take that into account and it doesn't seem like they are.
