Just for what it's worth, I wasn't implying that just because you aren't a meteorologist means you shouldn't post. All we ask for is a little more than "Wow!" or "That sucks."
Feel free to speculate in the regular thread. What I was suggesting was creating a thread in OT section for the purpose of off-topic posts or jokes or whatnot that would otherwise clog the weather thread.
