Merry whatever god you celebrate, if any. (that should cover everyone)
Myself and my friends had a good friend Spencer die this year. Long story short, he would give us daily swell and weather updates from the bench on 14th ave in Seaside Park NJ.
The weather on the barrier Island is so dynamic that we never could go by any other weather station. It could be 75 in May in Toms River, but 55 on the Island because of the predominant southernly winds pushing ocean air on shore.
So in his honor we bought a weather station. There is also a camera there that should be set up by the end of January, no live feeds for the public, but we will have images every two minutes.

Being last year the Island saw record snow, I though I would share.
