Is some of the leading edge virga?  According to TWC radar it should be snowing already over me as the snowline has already passed but so far not a flake!  Is there any virga associated with the start of this storm?

There's virga with every storm. It's just started in my part of Momouth with a temp here of 33.9. It'll be there soon.

Keep a close eye on your current temps. Once they start dropping, you know virga is above you as that falling precip begins dragging down cold air towards the surface from aloft. Then, it's only a matter of time for the atmosphere to moisten up and snow to reach the ground.

Temp did drop slightly but is stubbornly clinging to 37 degrees.  Went from 38 to 37.0.
