Says entire I-95 corridor from Philly to New Haven will see 3" to 6". Bull's eye is eastern PA and northern NJ where up to 10" will fall.

The question is how far north? Northeast? or Northwest NJ?

It was a very short narrative. Actually, the wording was that the most snow with 10" will fall over eastern PA and northern NJ.

This is a coastal storm - not sure what a gap over PA has to do with timing
