but is their anychance that this storm can produce lesser amounts or higher amounts than predicted. cause im not beliving anything i hear untill it starts to snow.

of course there is.  its mother nature, nothing is definite.

of course,it can go either way. that is the great thing about these storms,the suspense of not knowing until it happens.
