Bill Evans on 7online board still saying low...

I would say that the NWS should have thought before they did that.

They are counting on a lot after this first wave for Monday afternoon.

I think 2-4" is a good number, likely three with sleet on top city and west of the I-95 corridor where the boundary sets up 4-6" is possible and maybe local spots a little higher.

The warning criteria is quite borderline.
