Putting up a heavy snow warning for possibly one inch of snow just doesn't seem right to me. I'm starting to get worried about this storm. Everyone seems to think mixing will be a problem now.

Guys everyone but channel 7 are saying 4-7, I wouldn’t believe them; they would not put up a Heavy Snow Warning for 1-3''. Notice channel 7 has the whole Heavy Snow Warning area in a 1-3 when the warning is for 6+''

Whos saying 4-7? NBC4 has 2-4 for most of central NJ, closer to the coast and into the city, with 4-7 further north. NBC10 has 3-5 for central Jersey. ABC has 1-3 for central Jersey. I missed CBS's totals.

Local government offices (Mt. Holly/Upton) put out the snow warnings/watches, not the local stations.

I know that weathergeek, but how can they have totals 5 or 6 inches higher than say ABC.

Secondary developing now - note pressure falls near mid-atlantic coast. I'd expect some filling in w/ the radar over the next several hrs:

Maybe the National Weather Service forgot to check with WABC Channel 7 and Craig Allen first to make sure they were on the right track.
