January 21 - 3.1 inches
February 8 - 0.75 inches
February 11 - 0.5 Inches
Total to-date - 7.4 inches

Lowest temperature -- January 4: 10 F

This is the third story i have seen in the past couple of months about a person thought to be dead waking up. One woke up at her funeral and died of a heart attack. Aren't there pretty conclusive tests for dead?

I guess these people are in deep comas with extremely faint pulses. It would take sophisticated equipment to detect any low-level brain waves.
