Wow snowing now a lil over a hour about a inch coming down very hard. This is looking good. Im in Glen Cove in Extreme Northern Nassau. Keeps up like this 46 inches easy it's not even 10:00 pm

Yup, I can confirm this. I'm in Syosset and we have been getting nothing but moderate-heavy snow now for a little over an hour. Small flakes as well.

I'm in Glen Cove also... The temp dropped 2 degrees in 30 mins after it started snowing around 8:15... Started at 34.6 degrees, then down to 32.0. Got about an inch so far

The Oscars have been pretty good this year. Those shadow people who keep forming different shapes are phenomenal. I loved their "snakes on a plane"!
