Parts of Texas have more snow this winter than New York, Buffalo, Minnaepolis, or Chicago! What a whacky winter!!!

The storm track has been across the southwest. AZ/NM/West TX. Even areas to the north like CO have gotten much less snow than normal, but at least they've had something.
