concerns about freezing rain later on

  There is the possibility that this snow/sleet may change over to freezing rain overnight.  Friend of mine who works out of Con Ed HQ here in Westchester , gave me a heads up and stated that they are really concerned about power outages later on this evening.  If there is a prolonged period of freezing rain,  alot of people are going to be in the dark come morning time.  Check your flash lights & candles,  you may need em later.
