Very strange object sighted in the sky here in central NJ. It's yellowish white in color, is too bright to look at but appears to be round and throws off heat. Recon may be needed to properly identify this object.

Also mysterious patches of blue are beginning to appear in the normally grey and bland sky. Speculation is rife that the sky is opening up and we're all going to be sucked into space!

I am in Bedminster....it must be a stationary object. I do, however, recall that in the movie Independence Day that those objects will sometimes hover over a specific geography with the sole intentation of total annihilation. Please be careful Ice.

Driving south on Rt 34 I could see completely clear blue skies off to my southeast.

Great satellite pic. Shows the marine air cut-off real well.
Not one hint of sun out here - high temp made it to 72.2, now down to 69 and OVC.
