Great move Brett.
In response to you and John on the locked thread let me say you guys have done a great job creating this board and given how young you both are it's something to be very proud of. Doing things like this shows leadership, guts and creative qualities and you guys should do well in life.
But creating and keeping things in order (call it policing) are two different things particularly as membership grows. That's your real challenge right now. Deleting bad posts/threads - or banishing them to a recycle bin that is locked from posting and is auto erased on a daily basis are the best way to keep order that I can think of at the moment. Any thread that can easily fit into an existing thread should also be deleted or put to a read only recycle bin that gets deleted every 24 hours. If you have a policy like that the better posters will ignore such a thread because they'll know that whatever they take the time to post will disappear with such a thread. It may tick someone off short-term but it's good for the long-term success of the board.
Posters need to show judgment too. This can't be all on you guys. But unless there are methods to limit and get rid of the clutter folks will ruin what you guys have worked so hard to create.

Brett/John - just wanted to let you know my only intent was to help improve the board with my post yesterday. Wasn't meant as an insult at all. I've never insulted anyone on this board -- they're all nice people (well, most ;) )
Glad to see all the changes being made.
