I love the Yanks!
I love everything about going to a Yankee's game from the traffic over the GW, to the parking lot along the river, to the musician on the pedestrian bridge, to the unique smell the moment you come down those steps. It's euphoric!
We get a lot of great ground level seats and Stadium Club passes through the season, and buy tickets for the really great games (can you say Boston) -- we love them. I haven't been able to make many games due to my health lately, so we got a bigger TV and surround sound - so it feels like I'm there... and I can really shout.
But... does anyone else get upset when the powers that be trade the players around like baseball cards? They change so much - are they still the Yankees? I will always root for them, but I would like to see players stick around a little longer and give them a chance to become bonded as a team.

Continue to have? They haven't won a WS since 2001 and the only reason they ever won one championship-----$$ MONEY $$
Admit it, if you are a rich team you will have success..same reason why KC sucks :-X :( :( NO MONEY :( :(
A team in a big market like NYC will go places, I admit the mets have been putting out alot of $$ the last 2 years, why do you think they have been making it to the playoffs?
Funny how the Yanks HAVEN'T won a WS eventhough they have been spending like crazy........

It doesn't look so good for the Mets. They are trying to save their 1 game lead from falling off the cliff into Phillie land. LOL.
