NWS is talking 11"-18" inches upstate here. 4"-8" tonight and 6"-10" tommorow and additional on the backside of the system is what their saying. Also 3"-7" for the NYC with a .10" of ice. Winter Storm Warning for Upstate NY and NJ with some Heavy Snow Warnings, and Winter Weather Advisories toward the coast.

not getting my hopes up after ice saying the euro has trended much west
