I just can't see this map happening. How can he have area C total 5-9 inches then jump area D to 1-2 feet with isolated 30"?

He's using a mix of models and his own opinion. Boston gets nothing on the back-rend if the Euro is right. In fact they'd likely reach 50 degrees. In the 93 superstorm Boston got to 56 degrees as that storm tracked west of them. DT's maps are always confusing at the borders. He has me about 20 air miles from a sleet storm.
