Now as I study this I am seeing the snow areas in the midwest and plains winding up greater, further south than forecasted. It would not surprise me in the least if the battle ground areas of the east go back to a real thumping of snow tomorrow afternoon as the storm consolidates and one can do the math, snow on the front, ice in the middle snow at the end, winds over 40 mph. Real problems in the areas from near and west of DC where I do not think this low level cold air will get out to near Boston.
