Giants, this is such a variable event that it will be very difficult to nail down significantly different outcomes over small geographic areas. Somerset County will probably go with a couple of inches of snow on the front end, then sleet and probably a very serious ice storm, then a period of heavy snow on the back end with additional snows of 2" to 6". That's an educated guess. We'll need to nowcast this event.
RGWP96, my take on our area (Butler to West Milford) is a few inches of snow on the front end, a period of heavy sleet, then 4 to 8" of snow on the back end. All educated guess. However, one thing is for sure -- we don't go above freezing (current temp here is 18.5 with a dew point of -7).

well on the bright side we could just look to see how much ice we can get. Ice on top of snow makes for a nice hockey rink

Robbs, The nws has all of Morris Co the same (6-10) its not broken down in sections. If you click on it the towns dont come up it just says Morris Co. The same with WM. I wonder if rgwp and I can split the difference with Sussex (15-20) and just call it 10-16"LOL
