Hudson and Smoltz may make this a sweep, but I have nothing to be happy about. The Rangers blew a 3-0 lead! :sick: The Mets had only 2 hits.

the METS suck! our best pitchers are (starting) are santana and maine and figueroa. and our closer wagner! we need to get them bats moving.

THe best pitchers right now on the team are Santana,Sanchez and Wagner. The bats suck. THey need to get out of this funk

What does Figeroa have, 5 MLB starts? And he is suddenly a good pitcher? I saw him pitch on Monday, and he didn't look so great.

This is OT but talking about nasty pitchs- There are kids that are 11 and 12 Yrs old in my sons divison that pitch between 60-70mph. the 70 is not all game long, but just strike out pitchs. The kids also throw curves, and off-speed.

That's impressive for that age. They have to be careful throwing curveballs though. It could mess up their arm big time

damn! i use to pitch as many innings as i could! i had a no no going in one of my games until the damn T-storm it was only 1inning away! :devil:

thats what happend to me! id throw all these pitches and it really caught up to me! ive been working my arm everyday getting more and more pitches out of it i only will throw until i start feeling the littlest bit of pain. then i hit the ball for the dog! :devil:

Our town (maybe its Little league rules) has a pitch count the kids have to go bye, 85 pitchs in a game. Then 3 full days off. I think the other one is if you toss 19 pitchs or more you need 1 full day off.

I think I messed up my arm by pitching. I decided to swith from a 1st baseman to a pitcher in my baseball league. I throw to many curve balls and I also throw alot of fastballs. I went to the doctor for a checkup and they found my pressure on my right arm more higher then my left arm. It was 170/90. I went for alot of tests and they found and narrow artery in my arm. It might be from pitching they said
