What precipitation type is falling - Elliot Abrams thinks liguid - maybe it is ice...
We are in nowcast mode and will wait to see

summer, if i had to guess i think we all in for ice storm. I dont think many of us will see rain at all. We might see Frz rain but not plain rain.
