Just checked out some temps and was stunned to find out that it is currently in th emid-upper 60's along the NC coast...talk about dynamics with this storm. This is going to be a classic run up the coast with all the energy in the world to feed off of. I cannot believe that with this track and temps in the low 20's I will get over 2 inches of qpf and not one inch of snow....this is the most frustrating winter storm situation in my 20 years of tracking weather becasue we are that cloase from having a storm that would have topped 30 inches in my opinion....damn!
