Last time it rained at these temps

Think it was 93' or 94' dont remember what year exactly but I was like 14 yrs old all I remember is having around a foot of snow then it turned to freezing rain at temps around the low 20s I was amazed. Just this time we dont have the snow first.  It was great schools were closed for a week and all I remember is chopping at the thick ice with my father to clear out the driveway. The backyard was like a hockey rink.  Just if it could of happend again.
