Look at the radar, the precip is starting to fill back in and really is suppossed to crank up in the next 3-4 hours I believe. Now their looks at least to me a slight north-northeast track instead of straight north track. Is this following the track that is leading to the lower amounts being forecasted, or is it heading a bit more east? Anyone know?

The dry slot for nj is about to fill up. Instead of the precip that fell earlier moving from the sw to ne, this is coming in from the ocean(se to nw). Don't know if that will make a difference tho. ???

It is, it's taking a north north eastward track which is bad news. This is why plain rain will probably be the dominant precip type for NYC tomorrow.

I don't think so. It looks like the mixed precip moved ever so slightly to the north, and remember, even the areas on radar that shows up as snow is really sleet and freezing rain. Even CT is getting sleet at this point so you really can't even go by the radar in terms of the rain/snow line being accurate.

Looks NNE to me..its important to watch where the center of low pressure is going, not so much the batch of precip.
That accuwx radar showed NNE (almost NE) very well.
