seriously, look at the radars...where is the frigging 1-3 inches of snow supposed to fall in NYC and LI ?  Every single weather event this winter including tonight, when i looked at the northeast doppler radar it was snowing somewhere around NYC and LI, but never ON NYC and LI! There was always a huge dry slot over these areas, like if the gods of weather were really teasing us! Well, im getting ready for the spring and warmer temperatures, at least i can have fun track thunderstorms and lightnings! This winter is over! :-[

It is still only Mid February. Some of the biggest storms happen in March historically.
