Thank god the other teams in the divison has been playing lousy. The Phillies have lost 6 in a row. If the Mets were in another division,we would of been buried.

Did anyone mention that the Mets are awful?
The Mets have been tellling us that for almost a year now. What's worse is you almost get the feeling there's a disease in there. I think Derek Jeter would walk into that dugout and he'd never be the same again. AROD would forget what a workout is if he went in there. Wish I knew the answer but it's hard to grasp how lackadaisacal that team is.

Although the Mets are on a 7-game winning streak both NY teams records are identical at 49-44. But not to take away anything from the Mets they are doing good.
