That some mets were calling for?
In my mind the only questions left are:
1. How far north the freezing line make it - 34 degrees in Both Asbury Park and Belmar with strong ene winds - still 27, 28 degrees in Keyport and Old Bridge - Just how far will this make it north and what prec. will be falling then? (4m redaings)
2. Is there any wrap around snow - this seems to be coming down in forecasts as I now hear "snow or flurries"
I hope all those who were so rude, unkind and nasty to me with their words yesterday and went on the personal attack will now apologize as everything that has been forecast since Sunday is coming through as I stated yesterday....LOL
This could be an ice storm or the rain/snow line can continue to migrate north time will tell - but within 25 miles maybe even more of NYC this is no snowtorm
Roads are very ice so be careful and slow it up.

Total bust. The storm will probably be over around noon. We had 1/2" snow and now 1/2" sleet (that's a lot of sleet!) and it's still sleeting. I can imagine it's dangerously bad out with a temp around 13. Part of the reason why I agreed with summer was based on experience. It's funny how people like to ignore that negative possibility. Hey I wanted a huge snowstorm as much as anyone but I don't put blinders on looking for it.

And lets see all those who personally attacked me yesterday and called me the troll to have the guts today and say they were sorry not for a bust of a forecast but for being so nasty and unkind when I never attacked anyone but used respected mets to challenge that this thing was going to amount to much
Thanks,
summer

Maybe it wasn't 'what' you were saying, but the way you were saying it. You won't hear any apologies from me as I never disputed the possibility of this thing busting but only called you out on your pot stirring approach....which obviously continues today.

I was reporting what other mets had said - did not think you would apologize for being so rude but not a problem - lets drop it and move on.. Stay safe on the roads...summer
