I have to laugh, i watched bill evans, and other channels, and they really need to look out the window instead of the radar lol

bill evans was saying how heavy it was snowing in the hudson valley up here, and i am actually getting pure sleet and wind with a temp of 10.2!!! its amazing, yet they still have my area for 8 to 12 inhes, guess what , its not going to happen lol

I remember some storms where my temp was this cold and then when the storm approached the temps jumped like 15 degrees in a matter of hours, i see that happening off the jersey coast.

i think the latter part of the afternoon is gonna be snowy..very messy...leave work early! lol

bill evans is going to bust big time, he claims i will measure snow in feet up here in dutchess county, it aint going to happen!! my gosh these mets need to look out the window and stop looking at the fake radars , it shows snow, but its sleet

I claim robbbs, ice and storm are better than all of them lolol

Why do the radars all show snow up here in Orange and Dutchess county, when in fact it has been sleeting most of the night?  I have approx 2" of snow here in Newburgh which was at the onset of the precip, bit since approx 2 a.m. I've heard the sleet falling.  I don't understand this,  as it is only 10 degrees out here.  Any thoughts?  :-

same here pure sleet!! but county your blessings trust me at 10 degrees we do not!!!!!!! want freezing rain, once that low gets over the water i think we will start to see more and more mixing back to snow, i think at this point our only hope is for backlash snows, that heavy rain is impressive down in new jersey where the storm is taking shape once that comes up our way, we will see major!!!!!!! very very heavy sleet, mayb thunder, we may get two inches of sleet alone!!!! ITS  a shame that would have been about 2 to 4 inches of snow per hour

I was looking to NBC.....they're frustrated at the fact that temps went down a degree in places.

Pretty funny, over on the 7online site there was only like 16  mess posted in the last hour, and 10 of them were about this board!!!! how sad  and Bill was argueing with some guy that lives in ny state about snow/sleet its pretty funny
