I hope Arod isn't cooling down like he always done when the season is about to end soon. He hasn't been hitting in key situation, and he has been showing his classic swinging at pitches off the plate routine.

Amen, he has sucked over the last week. Luckily Moose was dealing tonight.
Go Yankees, Jets, and NY Rangers!

What the hell has happened to Mussina? He has been looking like a Cy Young pitcher this year.

Yankees win tonight 3 to 0. They take 2 out of 4, just like they did with the Angels.

Arod has been the Arod of old this year. Piling his numbers up when it matters least. Last year was his one year that he showed some ability to be clutch. His career postseason avg with the Yanks is an anemic .245

If he doesn't become more of a clutch player, he needs to be moved lower in the batting order because his overinflated regular season stats.

Split is a better word. Take always implies a team won a series.

AROD - I wonder if he's thinking he has to carry the team again. The moment he thinks like that he heads straight south. This guy is not blessed with the mindset and coolness of Rivera.

I think his head is wrapped around Kabala.....he is the antithesis of what Rivera brings to the game.

Kinda like what Torre did to him in the 2006 post season. Moved him to the 8th spot.
