the Precip is reloading in western PA and WV...looks like backlash

Thats a sure sign of the storm intensifying. That backlash should set up a line of defromation. The question is where

That's the remnants of the 850MB low that has caused all this sleet

Ice but the precip continues to fill in instead of diminish. Do you think that it will ocntinue to fill in?
