Their claim that temps would rise overnight never came to fruition in my area. In fact, they dropped. It was 24 last night, when I went out to my car this morning, it was down to 19. I thought we were supposed to be close to freezing by now.

Unreal. I was watching the temps all night and I'm saying to myself...where do they see a warm-up? Oakland was down to 14 as late as 6:30 AM. Their low was progged at 22 and increasing overnight.
